Hainan Xingzhihai New Materials Co., Ltd. recorded total lithium-salt production of 1,869 tons in July, setting a new monthly record.

Since the beginning of July, Xingzhihai has stayed firmly aligned with its established production targets, with responsibilities enforced at all levels. The company has coordinated equipment maintenance, process optimization, operational safety and manpower support.Production workshops have operated at full capacity. The technical team kept refining process flows and promptly addressed production bottlenecks. Production crews remained on duty, with refined process control and enhanced on-site inspections. All departments worked in close synergy to maximize stable operation of production lines.Against the challenges brought by high summer temperatures, all staff stayed on post and strived hard. They strictly observed operational safety rules and maintained strict product-quality control, efficiently rolling out all supporting measures and delivering an outstanding monthly performance.

The Company’s supporting industrial-chain construction is also advancing at an accelerated pace. Previously, the carbonation line was commissioned on schedule, enabling flexible simultaneous production of lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate. On July 31, the potassium removal line officially started feed-based trial operation.As a critical supporting process for the carbonation line, the potassium removal line efficiently removes potassium impurities from raw materials. It greatly boosts purification efficiency, lowers the process load of the carbonation line, reduces by-product buildup, and stabilizes the purity of lithium carbonate products, further completing a key link for quality-and-efficiency gains across the full lithium-salt production workflow.

This production breakthrough stems from the concerted efforts of all Xingzhihai employees and represents an important milestone in the Company’s capacity ramp-up process. It has fully validated the stable-operation performance of the production line, laying a solid foundation for subsequent order fulfillment and further capacity release.
